Hyderabad: The darshan for Khairatabad Ganesh resumed after a stir between police and VHP, Bajrang Dal activists. According to the reports, many devotees thronged to Khairatabad for Lord Vinayaka darshan on the occasion of Vinayaka Chavithi. After increasing devotees, police stopped the darshans as per COVID rules issued by the Court. The issue flared up after VHP activists staged a protest against the police decision.
Later, the darshan was resumed after vigorous talks with Ganesh Committee and police. Speaking to the media, Ganesh committee members requested the devotees not to visit the mandapam during the pandemic and asked to watch through online. Click the video for more information.
