Dattatraya Sore Over KCR Skipping Niti Ayog Meet
Hyderabad, June 17 (Maxim News): Former Union minister Bandaru Dattatraya expressed his dismay over the absence of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao at Niti Ayog meeting held by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
In a statement here today, Dattatraya said CM KCR has lost a great opportunity to raise important issues like construction of irrigation projects and achieving national project status to Kaleswaram lift irrigation project and so on of the State. He said the claims of the Chief Minister that he was working hard for development of the State proved false with his absence from the PM’s meeting.
He hoped that the CM would at least attend the meeting of all political parties convened by the Prime Minister on June 19 as the meeting was meant for discussion on several important issues like One India and One elections, arrangements to be made for 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi and preparation of a comprehensive action plan for development of all the villages in the country.
