Dayakar Hopes RTC Strike Will End Shortly
Hyderabad, Oct.16 (Maxim News): Panchayat Raj Minister E Dayakar Rao today said that the RTC strike issue will be settled shortly. Rao said that the RTC strike is being promoted by Union leaders and political parties.
The RTC workers are with the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and the strike will end soon, he said. However he attributed the 11 days of RTC strike to the handiwork of the Union leaders and political parties.
The minister expressed the hope that KCR will call the striking leaders for talks and the stir would end. He refused to elaborate further as the matter is in the Court.
Dayakar Rao also said that the TRS will win the bypoll in Huzur Nagar Assembly segment. The Congress and other parties will face defeat. The TRS candidate Saidi Reddy will win the poll with 20000 votes majority, he predicted. The minister threw a challenge on this to the opposition parties.
Rao said that the impact of the RTC strike will not have bad effect on TRS in the by-poll. The RTC workers are with us and the Chief Minister will resolve the issue, he added. (Maxim News)
