Deadline Extended For The Payment Of Token Advance For Rajiv Swagraha Till Feb 15

Hyderabad, Jan 19 (Maxim News): The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) extended the deadline for users to pay token advance to own flats built by Rajiv Swagruha Corporation in Bandlaguda and Pocharam by February 15.

Advance demand drafts should be sent to the Managing Director of Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Limited till the deadline. It is said that the lottery will be conducted in a transparent manner regarding the allotment of flats. presently there are 16 3 BHK flats, 570 2 BHK flats, and 269 1 BHK flats in Pocharam. In Bandlaguda 344 1BHK flats and 43 1BHK flats for senior citizens are vacant.

The advance token amount for the 3 BHK flats is Rs. 3 lakhs, for 2 BHK flats is Rs. 2 lakhs, and for 1 BHK flats Rs. 1 lakh. (Maxim News)
