Delhi Liquor Scam: Bail To Five Accused

Delhi/Hyderabad, Jan 3 (Maxim News): The Rouse Avenue Court granted interim bail to the five accused in the Delhi Liquor Scam. The court issued orders granting bail to Sameer Mahendru, Arun Pillai, and former Excise Department officials Kuldeep Singh, Narender Singh, and Mutta Gautam.

The rouse Avenue court conducted a hearing today on the charge sheet filed by the CBI in connection with the Delhi Liquor Scam. The CBI has registered the names of seven accused in it. In this order, the Court heard the bail petition of the accused and ruled by granting temporary bail to five of the seven.

Abhishek Boinapalli and Vijay Nair have been granted bail by the CBI Court in connection with the Delhi Liquor Scam case, but they are still in jail as they were not granted bail in the ED case. Meanwhile, the Enforcement Directorate will file an additional charge sheet on January 5 in connection with the Delhi Liquor Scam. (Maxim News)
