Delhi Liquor Scam Case: Kavitha In CBI Custody For Three Days

Delhi/Hyderabad, April 12 (Maxim News): Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court allowed three days of custody to BRS MLC K. Kavitha, who was arrested in the Delhi Liquor Scam case. Kavitha will remain in CBI custody till april 15 and she will be shifted to the CBI headquarters shortly.

On april 12, Kavitha filed a petition in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue court challenging the CBI’s arrest in the liquor scam. The trial court dismissed the petition. Also, CBI has filed a petition to give custody of MLC Kavitha in the liquor policy case. The CBI asked the court to remand her for five days. With this, the Court allowed Kavitha to CBI custody for three days. It is known that Kavitha was arrested by the CBI on April 11.
