Delhi Liquor Scam: Will Kavitha Appear before the Ed?

Delhi Liquor Scam | Hyderabad, Mar 8 (Maxim News):  A key development has taken place in the Delhi Liquor Scam case.  ED has issued a notice to BRS MLC Kavitha to attend the questioning.  However, Kavitha in her letter said that she will not be able to attend the ED questioning tomorrow due to her busy schedule.  Kavitha mentioned in the letter that she will attend the ED inquiry on March 15.

She said that she would not be able to attend due to her busy schedule with the dharna at Jantar Mantar on march 10 and other events, which is why she is asking for time. However, it is reported that no response has been received from the ED on Kavitha’s appeal so far.

In this background, Kavitha went to Shamshabad Airport from her residence in Banjara Hills and left for Delhi.  In view of the current developments, will Kavitha appear before the ED? or going to participate in the dharna at Jantar Mantar? It is to be known.  It is known that in December last year, notices were issued under CrPC 160 and the CBI questioned Kavitha.  However, along with the FIR, it is clear that Pillai’s statement has also become a key factor in the ED investigation.  Recently, the ED named Arun Ramachandra Pillai as the benami of BRS MLC Kavitha has become a sensation.  In its remand report, the ED stated that Ramachandra Pillai was in the South Group to protect Kavita’s interests.  (Maxim News)
