Devadula Pipeline Leak: Water Is Rising To The Surface
Warangal/Hyderabad, Mar 28 (Maxim News): The Devadula pipeline has leaked in Saipet village of Dharmasagar mandal in Hanamkonda district. A huge amount of water is being wasted on the road. The motor tripped due to a power failure in the electricity substation of the pipeline going from dharmasagar pump house to Gandiramaram reservoirs. This caused the pipeline to be overloaded and damaged. All the water is being wasted due to the leak in the pipe.
Farmers are expressing their anger that the authorities are not paying attention to the water being wasted at a time when the crops are drying up due to lack of water.
As the water flow is rising and falling motorists and locals are coming out in droves to watch. They are taking photos and videos and sharing them. (Maxim News)
