Hyderabad, Oct 10 (Maxim News) Deputy Chief Minister, Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has asked the realtors and builders not to limit themselves to villas and high-rise buildings. Do constructions keeping the middle and lower middle class in mind.

He said that the state government respects realtors and builders as wealth creators. The state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is ready to solve your problems. He asked the National Real Estate Development (NAREDCO) representatives to spend a large amount of CSR funds on the education and medical sectors. He said that state government focusing more on the education and medical sectors. We are going to build 100 schools with International Education Standards. Government Super Specialty Hospitals are already under construction.

Speaking at the property show being organized at Hitex under the auspices of NAREDCO. Bhatti Vikramarka inaugurated the program along with Minister Juipally Krishna Rao. They unveled the NAZRTECO brochure. The property show will continue for three days. Stalls of several rea estate companies have been set up in it.

He said that NAREDCO is responsible for promoting the resources and opportunities of Telangana state. He said that the government is making plans to develop Hyderabad in all directions. He said that Rs. 10 thousand crores are being allocated annually for the development of Hyderabad. he said that Rs. 20 thousand crores have been spent in the last two years. He said that the government is sincere in beautifying the Musi River.

He explained that the city’s face is going to be changed with the Regional ring Road. he said that it will be constructed to connect all parts of the state. he said that although there is some fear of HYDRA, the results are visible. he explained that HYDRA is protecting encroached government lands and ponds.

Reacting to some people campaigning that the real estate sector in Hyderabad has fallen.
