Double Murder Mystery Solved, EIGHT HELD – Full Report

Langer House Police along with sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone team made efforts and solved the double murder mystery of two persons by name 1) Shaik Mohammed Ahmed @ Chawoosh, Rowdy sheeter of Golconda PS and 2) Syed Fayazuddin @ Abbu on 05-06-2020 under the limits of Langer House Police Station, Hyderabad. Five Accused apprehended and seized deadly weapons and recovered the vehicle of the Deceased.

ACCUSED PARTICULARS:

  • Ahmed Ali Khan @ Ashraf @ Ashu S/o Late Khadar Ali Khan, aged 35 yrs, Occ: Cable network business, R/o H.No.8-1-40/22, Flat No.402, Hajimuji Building, Samata colony, Tolichowki, Hyderabad, & H.No.6-59/113/2, Pasha colony, Alkapuri, Narsingi, R.R Dist.
  • Shaik Hasham @ Hashu S/o ShaikAzhar, aged 28 yrs, Occ: Car driver, R/o H.No.9-4-97/3, Mini Gulshan colony, Tolichowki, Hyderabad, (Rowdy sheeter of Banjara hills PS).
  • Mohd Shaibaz S/o MohdKaleem, aged 20 yrs, Occ: Car driver, R/o H.No.8-70/3, Near Quba Masjid, Narsing, R.R Dist.
  • Abdul Samad S/o Abdul Waheed, aged 25 yrs, Occ: Furniture work, R/o Back side to Galaxy Theatre, Hakeem sha colony, Tolichowki, Hyderabad.
  • Mohd Akbaruddin @ Baghdadi S/o MohdShareefuddin, aged 26 yrs, Occ: Car sale & purchase business, R/o H.No.19-1-1097/1, Bandlaguda, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad.
  • Mohd Sayeed R/o Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad – Absconding.
  • Zubair – Absconding.
  • Akram – Absconding.

DECEASED DETAILS:

  • Shaik Mohammad Ahmed @ Chawoosh S/o Late ShaikMastan, aged 48 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o H.No.9-8-152/B/1/36, Chota Bazar, Golconda, Hyderabad (Rowdy Sheeter of Golconda PS).
  • Syed Fayazuddin @ Abbu S/o Syed Rahmathnagar, aged 37 yrs, Occ: Chicken centre& Real estate business, R/o MCH Colony, Old Passport Office, Asifnagar, Hyderabad.

BRIEF ABOUT THE ACCUSED PERSONS:-

The accused Ahmed Ali Khan @ Ashraf @ Ashuis born and brought up in Golconda, Hyderabad. He studied upto 10th class. Previously he worked as supervisor in a construction company at Banjara hills, Hyderabad. Later he started Electrical business in Abids after few months he closed his business due to losses. Later he started cable network business in Tolichowki area. In the year 2019 he started Dance bar at Mumbai on the name of Abhishek Bar & Restaurant. Due to losses in the business he returned to Hyderabad in the month of Dec-2019. At present he is doing cable network business in the limits of Golconda. Previously he was arrested in Cr.No.97/2019 U/s 323,506 r/w 34 & 155 (2) Cr.P.C of Panjagutta PS.

The accused MohdHasham @ Hashu(Rowdy sheeter of Banjara Hills PS) is born and brought up in Golconda, Hyderabad. He studied upto SSC. Previously he did fabrication work. In the year 2011 a rowdy sheet was opened against him and is being maintained in Banjara Hills PS. At present he is working as car driver. Previously he was arrested in the following cases.

  1. Cr.No.948/2014 U/s 420, 379 IPC of PS Rajendra Nagar.
  2. Cr.No.275/2011 U/s 382 IPC, 25(1) (B) Arms Act of PS Humayunnagar
  3. Cr.No.277/2011 U/s 382 IPC, 25(1) (B) Arms Act of PS Humayunnagar.
  4. Cr.No.1143/2015 U/s 419, 363, 395 IPC of PS Banjara Hills
  5. Cr.No.98/2014 U/s 379, 420 IPC of PS Rajendra Nagar.

The accused MohdShaibaz is born and brought up in Narsingi of R.R Dist. He studied upto SSC. Earlier he worked as fabricator and later he started working as car driver. At present he is not doing any work. Previously he was arrested in following cases.

  5. Cr.No.359/2017 U/s 382 IPC of Narsingi PS

The accused Abdul Samad is born and brought up in Tolichowki, Hyderabad. Earlier the accused worked as carpenter. At present the accused is doing centering work at Kokapet, Hyderabad.

The accused MohdAkbaruddin @ Bughdadi is born and brought up in Bahadurpura. He studied upto Intermediate. In the year 2015 he started automobile sale and purchase business. Previously he was arrested in Cr.No.103/2020 U/s 188 IPC & 3 & 4 of TS Gaming Act & 51 (B) Disaster Management Act of Kamatipura PS.

MOTIVE:-

In the year 2017 the deceased Shaik Mohammad Ahmed @ Chawoosh gave his car to one person namely Azam and the same car met with an accident. On which Shaik Mohammad Ahmed asked the car to be got repaired or to pay Rs 2 lakhs. But Azam failed to pay the same. Later he demanded to pay 10% interest for Rs.2 lakhs. Shaik Mohammad Ahmed used to collect an interest of Rs.20,000/- from Azam every monh. After few months Azam came to Ahmed Ali Khan @ Ashraf @ Ashu and worked under him by doing the car sales and purchase business. The accused Ahmed Ali Khan @ Ashraf used to pay Azam’s interest amount to Shaik Mohammad Ahmed. After few months Azam stopped working under Shaik Mohammad Ahmed, so he did not give interest amount to Shaik Mohammed Ahmed, on which he argued with him and also demanded for the amount. Shaik Mohammad Ahmed thought that with the support of Ahmed Ali Khan @ Ashraf only Azam stopped giving interest money to him. Later ShaikMohammad Ahmed proposed to start a club in Mumbai along with Ahmed Ali Khan @ Ashraf in partnership for which Ahmed Ali Khan @ Ashraf refused.

For the above said reasons Shaik Mohammad Ahmed @ Chawoosh developed enmity on Ahmed Ali Khan @ Ashraf @ Ashu. Later Asharf came to know that Shaik Mohammad Ahmed was planning to kill him, due to fear of death Ashraf hatched a plan to eliminate Shaik Mohammad Ahmed @ Chawoosh.

PLANNING, PREPARATION AND EXECUTION:-

As the accused Ahmed Ali Khan @ Ashraf @ Ashu hatched a plan to kill Mohammad Ahmed @ Chawoosh, he informed the same to his friend ShaikHasham, who is Rowdy sheeter of Banjara Hills PS. ShaikHasham informed the same to his friends MohdShaibaz and Abdul Samad and also the accused Ahmed Ali Khan @ Ashraf @ Ashu informed the plan to his friends MohdAkbaruddin @ Bughdadi and MohdSayeed. The accused Sayeed procured knives.

On 05-06-2020 at about 4PM the accused Ahmed Ali Khan @ Ashraf handed over his Qualis vehicle B.No.AP25Q7650 to accused persons ShaikHasham, Shaibaz, Samad and Akbaruddin @ Baghdadi and waited for an opportunity to kill Shaik Mohammed Ahmed. At about 9:00 PM the accused Ahmed Ali Khan @ Ashraf @ Ashu and MohdSayeed followed the deceased on two wheeler and in Qualis vehicle, when Shaik Mohammed Ahmed along with his friend Fayazuddin reached MD Lines area on their two wheeler, as per the instructions of Ahmed Ali Khan @ Ashraf the accused Akbaruddin @ Baghdadi dashed the deceased’s two wheeler with Qualis from behind, due to which they fell down on road. Immediately all the accused attacked Shaik Mohammed Ahmed @ Chawoosh and his friend Syed Fayazuddin @ Abbu with knives and axes. Due to which Shaik Mohammad Ahmed and Syed Fayazuddin @ Abbu died on the way to hospital. After the incident, all the accused fled away from the spot. The Police has taken the case as a challenge and apprehend the accused.

  4. Two wheeler vehicle of deceased

The arrest was made under the supervision of Sri A.R. Srinivas, IPS, Jt. CP, HFAC DCP, West Zone, Sri P.RadhaKishanRao, Dy.Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force by Sri B.GattuMallu, Inspector of Police, West Zone Task Force Team, Sri K.Srinivas, Inspector of Police, Langer House PS, with the assistance of SIs and staff.
