Dreams & Aspirations Of People Shattered Under KCR Govt: Congress

Hyderabad, Nov.23 (Maxim News): Congress spokesperson Satish Madiga on Saturday said the dreams and aspirations of the people were shattered under the TRS government. He alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was functioning like a dictator.

On the reported decision of the State government to shut down some of the government schools in the State, he said the people would become bonded labour once again in their own State. Alleging that the Chief Minister had closed down 4,500 government schools after coming to power six years back, he said the decision of the State government to keep one school at a stretch of 5 km would result in the closure of 12,000 government schools.

He also alleged that the State government was not filling teacher posts deliberately. He also alleged that the Chief Minister was trying to privatize RTC, Health and Education sectors. He made it clear that bus fares would be increased if the RTC was privatized. Doubting that the Chief Minister might privatize the Revenue department in the days to comem, Satish Madiga called upon the government employees to join hands and fight against the State government.
