Hyderabad, Oct 31 (Maxim News): The sleuths of TSNAB along with Malakpet Police, Hyderabad apprehended a person who was found in possession of narcotic drugs i.e. MDMA & Charas in the limits of Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad, and seized drugs all worth Rs.2 Lakhs from his possession.
According to G. Chakravarthy, SP TSNAB (West), the accused Mohammed Shaheed Ali, age 27 yrs, Occ: Four Wheeler Mechanic & Car Driver, R/o Wahed Nagar, Old Malakpet, Hyderabad is doing Narcotic Drug peddling for the last two years and selling the MDMA and Charas drugs to the needy consumers in Hyderabad City. He is purchasing the MDMA & Charas drugs in bulk quantities from his known sources and selling the same to the consumers at higher prices thereby earning easy money.
On credible information, today when the accused came near Malakpet to supply MDMA and Charas drugs to needy customers, the TSNAB along with Malakpet PS staff apprehended him and seized (14) grams MDMA, (20) Grams of Charas and (1) Mobile Phone from his possession worth Rs.2 Lakhs and registered a case under NDPS Act of Malakpet PS, Hyderabad.
In recent times we have seen several youths/students getting addicted to Drugs/Ganja, committing crimes, and being involved in other anti-social activities. Several families have become victims of this menace. It is an ardent request from TSNAB, Hyderabad City Police to the youth/students not to fall prey to drugs/Ganja and request the parents to keep a watch on the activities of their children and feel free to approach the Police or pass information to the Police on Phone No.8712671111 to curtail such anti-social activities and strive for Drug-free City.
