Due To The Armed Struggle, Nizam’s Tyrannical Rule Ended: CPI

Hyderabad, Sept 17 (Maxim News): CPI State Secretary Koonamneni Sambasiva Rao said that Nizam’s autocratic rule ended due to the armed struggle taken by the Communists.

He recalled that many people had sacrificed their lives in the armed struggle for a year.  He said that if the communists fought, there was an attempt to distort history.  We will move forward with the fighting spirit of the peasant struggle martyrs.

Telangana Merger Day celebrations were held at the CPI state office Makhdoom Bhavan in Himayat Nagar.  On this occasion, the National Flag was hoisted by CPI national Executive Committee member Chada Venkata Reddy and CPI State Secretary Koonanneni Sambasivarao.

Chada Venkata Reddy said that Chief Minister K. Chanedrasekhar Rao during the Telangana movement said that if he came to power, he would officially organize the merger day celebrations.  He said that the Telangana community knows whether to organize officially or not because of fear of anyone.  He questioned KCR who built the stupa of Telangana martyrs, and why the stupa of peasant armed struggle was not built.
