EAM Jaishankar Made Key Remarks On Kashmir Issue

Delhi/Hyderabad, May 15 (Maxim News): Foreign Minister S.Jaishankar made key remarks on the Kashmir issue. He clarified that there is no need for third country intervention in this matter and that it is a bilateral issue between India and Pakistan.

He said that the Indian Army has destroyed Pakistan’s terrorist infrastructure through Operation Sindoor. He said that he had warned in advance that he was targeting terrorist centers, not the Pakistani army. However, he said that Pakistan did not heed this advice. He said that our army has taken strong revenge for the attack on India.

Jaishankar reminded that satellite images clearly show the huge losses suffered by Pakistan in this operation and the minimal losses suffered by India. He said that the Indian Army has shown its capability to the world through this operation. After the Pahalgam terror attack, India demanded that the TRF (Terrorist Resistance Front) terrorist organization be banned in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC). India is ready to present evidence against this organisation.

Speaking on this issue, Jaishankar said that the members of the United Nations have made it clear that the culprits in the Pahalgam attack should be given strict punishment. He said that India is getting international support in this regard.

Jaishankar commented that Pakistan also used Chinese drones after the Indian attack. Jaishankar said that the world saw this attack and after Operation Sindoor, India is getting good support from the international community.

After the Pahalgam attack, India temporarily suspended the Indus Water Treaty. Speaking on this decision, he said that this treaty will be suspended until Pakistan permanently stops terrorism. In this context, he said that there is only one issue to be discussed on Kashmir. That is the vacating of Indian territory illegally occupied by Pakistan. (Maxim News)
