ED May Apply Third Degree: My Phone Stolen, Says Kavitha 

Delhi/Hyderabad, March 15 (Maxim News):  BRS MLC K. Kavitha and daughter of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao said that she will attend the Enforcement Directorate (ED) inquiry in the Delhi Liquor Scam on March 16.

Speaking to press persons, today, she accused the investigation by the enforcement Directorate (ED) in the Delhi Liquor scam is not proper, ED will use the third degree as part of the investigation, physically, mentally harassing the officers,  This has been specifically mentioned in the petition filed in the Supreme Court, the beating of the witness named Chandan Reddy is the proof of this.  The ED officials’ behavior of forcibly taking away her phone during the investigation?  Kavitha put the behavior of the officers in the form of a petition in front of the court saying that the behavior of the officers was such that they were subjected to physical and mental harassment. 

Kavitha said that she mentioned in the petition accusing the ED officials of taking the statement by force.  Kavitha mentioned in the petition that the ED officials are acting illegally in my case, they are acting like this according to the orders of the ruling party. 

Kavitha stated in the petition that the manner of investigation by the ED officials is not good.  A lot of points have been mentioned in the 150 pages.  Kavitha filed a petition against the ED officials in the Supreme Court.  

Kavitha said that she will talk to the media before appearing in the ED, she said that the fight for women’s reservation bill will not stop and no one, including her party, is not giving opportunities to women. but some parties are making efforts and that is why they are demanding for the Women’s Reservation Bills  (Maxim News)
