ED Produced Kavitha In Court In Delhi Liquor Scam Case

Delhi/Hyderabad, March 16 (Maxim News): The Enforcement Directorate (ED) produced BRS MlC K.Kavitha daughter of former Chief Minister of Telangana K. Chandrasekhar Rao before the Rouse Avenue CBI special Court this morning.

Kavitha was arrested by the ED in the Delhi Liquor Scam case yesterday at Hyderabad and took her to the central office in Delhi at night.  She was kept in a special cell here.  She underwent medical tests on Saturday morning.

Kavitha told the media persons before going to the court that she was illegally arrested. while senior lawyer Vikram Chaudhary is hearing arguments on her behalf. NK Mitta and Joseph Hussain are continuing arguments on behalf of ED. (Maxim News)
