ED Raids Bhuvan Teja Real Estate Infra Company In Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Dec 10 (Maxim News) ED searches were conducted in Hyderabad once again.  ED earches are ongoing in Bhuvana Teja Real Estates Infra Company.  A case has already been registered against Bhuvana Teja in the Hyderabad CCS for collecting more than 70 crores from Bhuvana Teja infra Company in the name of pre-launch, ED officials are investigating based on the CCS case.

It is noteworthy that ED is conducting searches at four places in hyderabad, ED searches are being conducted at the houses of the company’s MD Subrahmanyam and several others.

Realtors, builders, and agents around Greater Hyderabad City are committing fraud.  They are deceiving buyers in the name of pre-launches.

They are not completing the construction of apartments and villas as per the agreements.  They are not handing over the flats and plots within the deadline.  They are not providing the promised amenities.  They are acting as if they say one thing first and do something later.  (Maxim News)
