ED Searches In Hyderabad Conclude: 40 Cars Seized

Hyderabad, April 29 (Maxim News): ED searches in Hyderabad have concluded. The ED has conducted searches at 13 places since the morning of April 28 is connection with the Bhoodan land case. The ED conducted inspections of the hosue, offices and houses of relatives of businessman Munawar Khan.

It seized 40 vintage cars belonging to Munawar. it seized a large number of Bhoodan land documents from Munawar’s house. The ED, which seized Munawar’s land transaction documents, found that hundreds of acres had been seized and sold to realtors and officials.

In the Maheshwaram Bhoodan land case, the ED conducted searches on Monday (April 28) following complaints that Munwar Khan and Qadir Unnis of Hyderabad Old City had illegally laid out and sold the lands. Searches were conducted at the houses of Munwar Khan, Qadir Unnis, Sarfan and Sukur in Old City.

It is known that the ED had also investigated IAS Amay Kumar in the same case in the past. Along with the old city, the officials also conducted inspections in Virat Nagar under the Mirpet police sttion limits.

The ED conducted searches at the hosue of MA Sukkur on allegations of involvement in this case. (Maxim News)
