Eid-ul-Fitr: Harish Rao Greets Muslims

Hyderabad, May 13 (Maxim News): Finance Minister T Harish Rao today extended Eid-ul-Fitr greetings to the people of Muslims community.

On the occasion of the Eid-ul-Fitr I wish all the Muslims to offer prayers by following corona protocols.

Since there is no chance to mass gatherings and the prayers in the mosques, the Muslims are to offer prayers during the holy festival in their respective homes, he said.

He claimed that the Telangana government is for welfare of the poor Muslims and others. Several welfare programs are being implemented for the Muslims he stated. Shadi Mubarak, schools and financial aid to foreign studies being offered by the Telangana government he said.

Harish Rao said that only Telangana is offering clothes to the Muslims during Ramzan festival.

Our government headed by the chief minister K Chnadrasekhar Rao is offering all help to the poor Muslims for their uplift. He hoped that the Muslims would celebrate the festival by offering prayers in the houses and not in the mosques. The festival is noted for brotherhood, love and amity, the minister said.
