Eight accused persons held out of 9 members gang in conspiracy of dacoity case

Hyderabad, Dec 8 (Maxim News): ESSENCE OF THE CASE:

This is a case of dacoity reported on 05/12/2016 at PS Bahadurpura. In this case one marvad by name Divesh Agarwal of Malakpet having lakhs of rupees with denomination of Rs.100 notes and new currency notes of Rs.2000.

A gang from Hyderabad came to know that marvadi is having lakhs of rupees and made a bait to trap him in exchange of old currency with new notes on 25 % commission basis. Marvad attracted to the offer given by them and agreed to the dealing.

Accordingly, the intervening night of 04/05-12-2016 at about 02:30 AM, Marwadi brought an amount of Rs.58,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Eight Lakhs Only) of new currency notes of Rs.2000 and Rs.100 currency notes. The Gang members confirmed that the marvad came with cash and according to their conspiracy and planthey bet him and robbed the bags containing cash from the marvad and fled away.

JOINT OPERATION BY BAHADURPURA POLICE AND SOUTH ZONE TASK FORCE:

Police took this dacoity as challenge, started search operation and on credible information, Bahadurpura Police & Task Force team jointly raided the Lucky Bar and Restaurant of the suspect A. MANOHAR YADAV @ SUDHAKAR YADAV at HB Colony in the intervening night of 07/08-12-2016 and apprehended the following accused person and seized the case property from their possession.

(TOTAL Amount Rs. 52,00,000/- and [03] Motor Bikes, [08] Cell Phones from their possession.

The other conspirator Monu Singh who participated in the commission of the offence is still absconding with the remaining amount. Efforts are continuing to apprehend the absconding accused persons with special team.
