Elaborate Arrangements Made Today For The Praja Darbar

Hyderabad, Dec 8 (Maxim News): Keeping in view that for the first time in 10 years the elected government headed by the Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has decided to hold Praja Darbar at Jyotirao Phule Bhavan (Praja Bhavan) to solve the grievances of the people, the government has made elaborate arrangements for this programme, in response to this large number of people from morning since 6.00 O’Clock were in queue includes people from all the districts.   

15 desks have been specially set up for grievance registration. Each petition is entered online, a unique grievance number (ID generated) is given to each petition, a printed acknowledgment is given, and acknowledgement is also sent to the petitioners through SMS. 320 seats have been arranged for people to sit inside the Praja Darbar.

Queues have also been set up outside. A shade is provided above the cue lines to protect them from the sun. Drinking water accommodation and other infrastructure facilities were provided to those standing at the gates and to the people who entered the Praja Darbar. The Praja Darbar was crowded with people who came not only from Hyderabad city but also from different districts.
