Elections For 116 Municipal And 7 Corporations On February 11
Hyderabad, Jan 27 (Maxim News) Telangana State Election Commissioner Rani kumudini released the schedule regarding elections to 116 Municipalities and 7 Corporation in the State. The Elections will be held on February 11 and the counting of votes on February 13 The election code of conduct has come into effect immediately,
Speaking to the media persons after the release of schedule, The Commissioner said that nominations will be received by the Returning Officers from January 28 from 10.30 am to 5.00 pm and the last date for filing nomination is January 30 upto 5 PM, Scrutiny of nomination on January 31 and the date for appeal against rejection is February 1 upto 5 p.m. Date of Disposal of appeal is February 2, last date for withdrawal of candidature is February 3 upto 3 pm. Date of repoll is on February 12. (Maxim News)
