Even If My Name Appears 28 Thousand Times In Charge Sheet Lie Will Not Become True: Kavitha

Hyderabad, Dec 21 (Maxim News): The tweet war on the name of K. Kavitha, MLC and daughter of Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao appears in the Charge sheet of Delhi Liquor Scam and even if you say my name 28 thousand times, a lie will not become true, Kavitha tweeted in reply to the BJP leader and former MLA. Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy.

It may be recalled that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has mentioned Kavitha’s name in the chargesheet filed against Sameer Mahendru, who is a key accused in the Delhi Liquor Scam, Kavitha responded to Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy’s tweet today.

“Sameer mahendru has mentioned the name of Liquor Queen 28 times in the charge sheet,” countered Rajagopal Reddy’s comment, “Rajagopal anna…Don’t rush.. don’t slip your words! Even if you say my name 28 times… even if you say my name 28 thousand times, a lie is not true. “Kavitha replied.”

Today, Kavitha said that the allegations against her in the Delhi liquor scam case are “bogus and false”. The allegations against her are a “political vendetta” of the BJP which claimed that time will prove her sincerity.

Reacting to the Congress MP and Incharge of TPCC Manickam Tagore’s tweet that she has a lot of explanations to make. The Congress leader was reacting to media reports that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in its chargesheet in the case claimed that Kavitha paid Rs. 100 crore bribe to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)

According to the ED, the South Group comprising Kavitha, Aurobindo Pharma director Sharat Chandra Reddy, and YSR Congress MP Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy paid kickbacks of Rs. 100 crore to Arvind Kejriwal led AAP to gain control over the liquor business in the national capital.

The South Group allegedly bagged wholesale trade and several retail zones. The ED alleged that Kavitha holds a 65 percent stake along with the Magunta family through her proxy Arun Pillai in Indospirit, which made at least Rs. 195 crore as profit by selling 14 crore bottles in retail.
