Expand Further In India: Jaishankar Invited Russian Companies
internet/Hyderabad, Aug 21 (Maxim News): External Affairs Minister S.Jaishankar has said that Russia and India should explore new ways to meet geopolitical challenges. As part of this, he invited companies in India to invest in them and thereby expand business. Jaishankar, who is on a key visit to Moscow at a time when the US is pressuring it to stop buying oil from Russia, said that both countries should move forward creatively.
it is known that the United States (USA) is threatening India to stop buying oil from Russia, which is facing sanctions from Western countries, or else impose high taxes. Jaishankar, who is visiting Russia, met with Russian First Deputy prime Minister Denis Manturov. They discussed trade, economic, technical and cultural issues. The Foreign Minister’s visit is continuing with the aim of preparing for Putin’s visit to india later this year.
On this occasion, Jaishankar called for both countries to further expand bilateral trade and cooperate in various areas. He opined that the trade principle of both countries should be to do more and do it differently. He reminded us that India is a rapidly developing economy.
He said that new doors have been opened for foreign trade with programs like Make in India. He said that this will further contribute to the expansion of business of Russian companies in india. (Maxim News)
