FICCI Awards were received by Telangana Police in New Delhi

Hyderabad: The Award for Policing initiative in the category of smart passport verification process received by Anurag Sharma, DGP, Telangana State.

Mr. KCS Raghu Vir, Assistant Commissioner of Police (Cyber crime) , Hyderabad city received award for cyber Forensics Lab initiative in the category of Cyber crime. The Special Jury Award- SMART Police Officer award is announced to Mr. M. Mahender Reddy, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad is received by T. Murali Krishna, Addl Commissioner of Police (Admin), Hyderabad City and for pioneering work of Telangana Police, and the jury has decided to confer Special Jury Award for SMART Innovative Policing.

Another Special Jury Award was announced to FINS –Finger Print Identification and Network System for Ms. J. Parimala Hana Nutan, SP, Suryapet District.Sri Ramesh Reddy,IPS, In charge IG(L&O) is also seen.

The awards were presented by Meenakshi Lekhi, MP, Delhi, Y K Modi, Chairman, FICCI, G K Pillai, Former Home Secretary of India.
