Locals Rescue Trapped Residents

Locals who saw the residents in distress acted quickly. They brought ladders, broke windows, and helped rescue those trapped inside before firefighters arrived.

Firefighters faced difficulties in putting out the fire as the building had no open space around it, making movement difficult.

“We used five fire tenders to control the blaze. The building had no fire safety measures, and the lack of space made our job even harder. After a lot of effort, we finally brought the fire under control,” said Station Fire Officer K. Surender Reddy.
