Fire Engine Hits Scooter, Lady Doctor Killed In Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Mar 19 (Maxim News): In a freak mishap, a lady doctor died allegedly after the scooter which she was driving was hit by a fire engine at Upparpally near Attapur on Wednesday.

As per available information, the incident occurred when the victim Soha Fatima (28) was proceeding on her scooter along with her friend, also a doctor from Mehdipatnam towards Rajendranagar.

On reaching Upparpally, a fire engine which was coming behind them, allegedly went out of control and crashed into their scooter. Both fell on the road and suffered grievous injuries.

Soha Fatima suffered multiple bleeding injuries and died on the spot while her friend escaped with injuries. She was shifted to the nearby hospital. Her condition is said to be serious.

The Rajendranagar police rushed to the spot. The body was shifted to Osmania Hospital. The police have registered a case and are investigating. (Maxim News)
