Fire In The Car: Cash Burnt Alive

Warangal/Hyderabad, Nov 24 (Maxim News): The bundles of notes which are coming out in large quantities because of the elections in the Telangana state, cash is being transported illegally through various modes of transportation.

Recently, in Warangal district, the cash being transported illegally in a car caught fire.  In order to escape from the police surveillance, unknown persons put bundles of currency notes in the truck of the car and left from Warangal towards Vardhannapet on Friday (November 24)  On reaching the Bollikunta cross road, fire broke out from the car, due to thick smoke coming from the engine, the driver stopped the car and left the place.  

The police suspect that this money is between Rs. 30 to Rs. 50 lakh.  The police recovered some of the notes from the scene.  The partially burnt car was shifted to Manunur police station,

Warangal East Zone DCP Ravinder inspected the incident site.  The police are investigating the identity of the car and the cash in it.  (Maxim News)
