Singh, MLR Educational Institutions Chairman Marri Lakshma Reddy Association General Secretary Ramaswamy, Sports Authority Director Chandra Reddy State Cycling Association General Secretary Bhulokam Vijayakantharao, Finance Secretary Jangapalli Venkata Narasaiah, and others participated in the program and spoke.
