First Stone For Construction Of Mosque In Ayodhya From Mecca
Delhi/Hyderabad, Maxim News): A 500-year-old dream of Hindus has come true with the inauguration of the Ayodhya temple in Uttar Pradesh. It is known that the Supreme Court gave a verdict in 2019 recognizing the disputed 2.77 acres of land as the birthplace of Lord Ram. In the same Ayodhya, the Uttar Pradesh government allocated 5 acres of land to Muslim organizations to build a mosque for Muslims.

However, the construction and inauguration of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya are over. However, the foundation stone for the construction of the mosque has not yet been laid.
The Muslim organization recently announced that the foundation stone for the construction of a mosque in Ayodhya will be laid in May 2024. It has been revealed that the Development Committee of the Indo-Islamic Cultural Foundation (IICF) will oversee the mosque project in Ayodhya. The head of this organization Haji Arafat Shaikh revealed that it will take about four years to build the mosque. He said that the mosque would be named Masjid Muhammad Bin Abdullah after Prophet Muhammad.

The first brick for the foundation of the mosque, which will be laid in May, was made with holy water brought from the Jham Jham well in Mecca made of black clay, this brick has the name of the mosque and passages from the Quran. After Ramadan Eid on March 12, it will be taken to Dhanipur after Ramadan Eid, it will be taken to Dhanipur village near Ayodhya where the mosque is located.
The first brick will be carried by a descendant of Sarkar Pir Adil, a Sufi monk near Gumbad in Bijapur (Vijaypura) Karnataka. The brick will be carried in a foot procession from Kurla to Mulund, the last suburb of Mumbai on the eastern side. Brick goes to Lucknow by road for six days. Shaikh said that a break will be taken every 300 km for prayers but it has not yet been decided whether the brick will be taken to Lucknow on foot or in a vehicle.

A new website for the mosque will be launched on February 29, the mosque committee said, the portal includes a QR code that can be used to make donations for construction. Shaikh revealed that many projects like cancer hospitals, colleges, old age homes, and vegetarian kitchens have been planned as part of the mosque complex. (Maxim News)
