Reema Gupta was in a fireside chat with the outgoing chairpersons Priya Gazdar and Ridhi Jain.
Women can lead the AI revolution in many ways than one can imagine. While empowering themselves and others, women can lead by mitigating gender biases by ensuring that AI systems are fair and equitable. Women folk can inspire women using AI to enter STEM fields and AI-related careers. AI can break many biases, Reema Gupta said.
The AI will help ensure diverse perspectives in the teams. Women leaders can use AI to enhance human capabilities and their efficiencies. Use it to empower fellow women, create impact using AI, address social challenges and promote inclusivity and gender equality. Reema gave many examples of women leading in AI and case studies.

AI is developing at an incredible pace. In the age of AI speed matters the most. Innovation gives a competitive advantage. AI is an Intelligent Assistant, personal coach, counsellor, education and health transformer. You don’t need to be from a STEM background to lead the AI revolution. You can challenge the norm, she said.
Speaking of job losses due to AI as believed widely, Ms Gupta said there may be some displacement of jobs, some jobs may not be needed, but, a new set of jobs which are unknown now will also emerge. These are uncertain times. I tell my kids to be comfortable with uncertain times. The same holds good for you too. Driving AI is a game-changing opportunity. There will be a new future. Women must join and lead the AI revolution, she told the 300-plus members in the hall
