- FLO Hyderabad annual session ushers new leadership
- Silver Jubilee plans announced at FLO Hyderabad event
Hyderabad, March 22, 2026: FLO Hyderabad marked a key milestone as it entered its 25th year and held its annual session, announcing leadership changes and plans for Silver Jubilee celebrations. The event highlighted both achievements and future goals.
Seetha Reddy Gaddam took charge as Chairperson of FLO Hyderabad, succeeding Prathibha Kunda. Meanwhile, Khushboo Daga assumed office as Chairperson of YFLO Hyderabad, replacing Pallavi Jain. The transition took place through a ceremonial exchange of medals and signing of the charter.
Padma Shri awardee and Kuchipudi exponent Deepika Reddy attended as Chief Guest. She shared insights from her journey and said, “Sadhana(practice) is the key to everything I am today. I never chased awards; I focused on my work with sincerity, and recognition followed.” She also stressed equality in parenting. In her concluding remarks, she added, ” When women are respected, the nation flourishes.
She also described FLO as “a home,” noting her deep connection with the organisation. Later, she unveiled Connect, FLO’s in-house magazine during the session.
Outgoing Chairperson Prathibha Kunda reflected on her tenure, guided by the theme “Power to Empower.” She described the year as a journey of collaboration and growth. Under her leadership, FLO Hyderabad conducted 12 speaker sessions, 7 workshops, and 12 empowerment programs. The organisation added 202 new members.
The StyleTatva exhibition attracted over 10,000 visitors and enabled about ₹45 lakh in MSME reimbursements. Skill development programs impacted over 2,000 women, while education initiatives reached more than 4,000 young girls. The Dokra Revival Initiative generated ₹15 lakh and supported traditional crafts in Adilabad. The first Job Fair connected 38 companies with over 1,000 candidates.

Outgoing YFLO Chairperson Pallavi Jain highlighted her vision of “Knowledge is Power” and the motto “Learn, Grow, and Conquer.” She noted that YFLO created opportunities for women despite personal and professional demands. She also said that being part of FICCI helped shape leadership and perspective.+
Seetha Reddy Gaddam shared her vision, “Engage, Empower, Elevate.” She said, “I take up this role with great pride and a deep sense of responsibility. I am committed to building FLO into a powerful and inclusive platform that fosters collaboration, leadership, and growth among women.”
She outlined key initiatives such as StyleTatva, Pragathi Pathi, Skill Centre at Sangareddy, Her Roots, Digital Saathi, and Telangana Samskruthi. She also stressed reviving traditional arts like Banjara needle craft.
Khushboo Daga described her appointment as humbling. She shared her journey from finance and diamond trading in Hong Kong to biotechnology through VINS Bioproducts Limited. She said, “I am grateful to have been recognized in the Business World India 40 Under 40 list—an honor that motivates me to continue creating meaningful impact.”
Presenting her vision, she said: “Together – We Progress.” She added that progress must be inclusive and collaborative, stating that YFLO builds confidence, competence, and community.
The annual session marked both celebration and transition. As FLO Hyderabad and YFLO Hyderabad step into their milestone year, they reaffirmed their focus on empowerment, leadership, and inclusive growth.
