Foreign Leaders For Narendra Modi’s Swearing-In-Ceremony

Delhi/Hyderabad, June 6 (Maxim News): As the NDA partners unanimously elected Narendra Modi as the leader of their alliance, he will certainly take charge for the third time. His swearing-in ceremony as the Prime Minister will be held, it is reported that foreign leaders will be present.

Related sources revealed that the heads of neighboring countries like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal, and Mauritius may be invited by our government. The Sri Lankan president’s media office revealed that Ranil Wickramasinghe has already received an invitation from the Indian government.

It said that their president had accepted it. Diplomatic sources also said that Modi spoke to Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina over the phone and invited her to the oath-taking ceremony. Official invitations will be sent to other leaders. It is known that the heads of SAARC countries were present when Modi took charge as Prime Minister for the first time in 2014. In 2019, the leaders of BIMSTEC countries will join the oath ceremony.

Meanwhile, it is known that all the alliance leaders met at the Prime Minister’s official residence on Wednesday. Modi was announced as their leader. It is reported that all the NDA leaders will make an official appeal to President Draupadi Murmu on Friday after all formalities have been completed in terms of the alliance.

Although NDA crossed the majority mark in the results of this general election, BJP did not get the expected results. As a result, the BJP which secured 240 seats on its own had to rely on its allies to form the government. (Maxim News)
