Former Telangana Governor Tamilisai’s Father Passes Away: CM Revanth Condoles

Hyderabad, April 9 (Maxim News): former Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan father Harikrishnan Nadar Ananthakrishnan has passed away. He had been suffering from health and old age problems for some time, breathed his last on Wednesday (April 9).

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy expressed deep shock over the death of Tamilisai’s father, senior leader of the Tamil Nadu Congress Party and great literary figure Harikrishnan naedar Ananthakrishnan.

It is very sad to lose Ananthan, a patriot who revived the principles of the Mahatma, and a lover of the Tamil language. On this occasion, CM Revanth Reddy recalled that Kumari Ananthan was elected as an MLa four times and an MP once and provided many services to the people. He expressed his deepest condolences to Tamilisai and her family members, who are grieving the loss of her father. CM Revanth Reddy prayed to God that Ananthan’s soul may rest in peace.

Many political leaders expressed their condolences over the death of Tamilisai’s father. Tamil Nadu CM Stalin and other BJP leaders paid tribute to Ananthakrishnan’s body. It is known that Tamilisai served as the Governor of Telangana during the BRS regime.

During this time, there was a situation like salt and fire between the KCR government and the Raj Bhavan. Many times, Tamilisai openly criticized the KCR government. BRS leaders also used to counter Tamilisai on the same level. With this, the situation was like the Tamilisai vs KCR government. (Maxim News)
