Formula-E Race Case: IAS Arvind Kumar Appears Before ACB Inquiry

Hyderabad, Jan 8 (Maxim News): IAS officer Arvind Kumar has appeared before the ACB in the Formula-E Race Case. He is A2 in this case. He is accused of playing a key role in the transfer of funds. It is reported that the funds were transferred from HMDA under the jurisdiction to FEO (Formula-E Operations) through HMDA Chief Executive BLN Reddy.

Arvind Kumar had previously explained to the government that the funds were transferred on the orders of the then Minister K. Tarak Rama Rao, ACB officials will record his statement today.

On the other hand, BLN Reddy appeared before the ED in the Formula-E race case. He was the chief engineer when the race took place. The ED is investigating the transfer of Rs. 45.71 crore to a foreign company. Based on the ACB case, the ED has registered a case under the Money Laundering Act and has intensified the investigation.  (Maxim News)
