Hyderabad, Aug.8 (Maxim News): GHMC Commissioner Dr B. Janardhan Reddy today made surprise inspection of the ongoing works in L.B. Nagar Zone. The scheduled visit to Kamineni Hospital-L.B. Nagar flyover has been postponed due to the demise of former chief minister of Tamil Nadu M Karunanidhi.
The Commissioner, accompanied by senior officials inspected Sachivalaya Nagar at Hayathnagar Circle where an indoor stadium was being constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 50 lakh. He also visited Panchakarma Nursery at Sachivalaya Nagar where Urban Biodiversity wing has opened a nursery recently. Later, the Commissioner inspected the main road from the Sushma Theatre to Mansurabad Big Bazar where he inspected laying of two-kilometer long PPM roads for quality. He also visited the construction of Bus Bay at Autonagar.
The Commissioner also visited ongoing works of double bed room houses at Nancharamma Erukala Basthi in Mansurabad under Hayatnagar Circle at a cost of Rs 26 crore, a nine storied building with 288 units which will be completed by Dussehra festival. He also visited Fathullaguda at Nagole where Rs 7 crore work was going on for Animal Care Centre. (Maxim News)
