Gold price in Hyderabad rose sharply across major categories, reflecting volatility in both domestic and global markets.

As per rates recorded at 8 am, the price of 10 grams of 22 carat gold stood at Rs 1,46,400. This marked a hike of Rs 4,950 compared to the previous close. At the same time, 10 grams of 24 carat gold was priced at Rs 1,59,710, up by Rs 5,400.

Silver prices also moved upward. The silver rate in Hyderabad was recorded at Rs 3,60,000 per kilogram.

Gold rates in Hyderabad track global market swings

Market analysts note that gold price in Hyderabad continue to mirror fluctuations in the international market.

Over the past few weeks, prices had softened during the wedding season.

During that period, 24 carat gold traded near Rs 1,40,000 per 10 grams, while 22 carat gold hovered around Rs 1,50,000. Traders said prices may change during the day.

Gold buyers are therefore advised to track live rates before making purchases. The prices mentioned are based on the previous day’s closing and may open higher or lower as trading progresses.
