Golmaal Of KCR Govt In ORR Lease Tenders: Raghunandan

Hyderabad, May 2 (Maxim News): BJP MLA Raghunandan Rao has alleged that the Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao’s government officials committed fraud in the 30 year lease tenders of the Outer Ring Road (ORR).

The government , which had awarded the lease to the company that had placed the highest tender, asked what was the purpose of not disclosing the bid for 16 days. MLC Kavitha and Minister KTR’s friends’ companies have been accused of getting ORR lease.

Speaking to the media office at BJP office, Raghunandan Rao alleged that the IRL company tendered only for Rs. 7,272 crores. But, the government says that Rs. 7,380 crore is coming through the tender. Why is IRL giving more than the bid amount? After the bid open was negotiated and handed over to IRL? The bid, which was opened on April 11 was not revealed until April 27? Why are the tenders not disclosed to the public? After paying Rs. 4 crores, they conducted a study on ORR with a company called Crisil. According to the report of Crisil, why tenders were not called? Raghunandan Rao demanded that if the Adani company is ready to tender for Rs. 13 thousand crores, why the state government is hesitating. (Maxim News)
