Governor Hoisted Independence Day Flag at Raj Bhavan

Hyderabad, Aug.15 (Maxim News): On the occasion of the 75th Independence Day, Governor, Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan hoisted the National Flag in front of the historic Durbar Hall at Raj Bhavan, here, on Sunday.

Later, she took the guard of honour and extended her wishes to the Raj Bhavan officers, staff, police, and security personnel on the occasion.

The Governor also personally distributed sweets to the staff members.

Later, she offered puja at the Raj Bhavan temple and left for Puducherry, where she is holding the charge as the Lt. Governor, to take part in the Independence Day celebrations.

Advisors to Governor APVN Sarma and AK Mohanty, Secretary to Governor K. Surendra Mohan and other senior officials and staff members were present. (Maxim News)
