Harish demands notification for 15 lakh jobs

Siddipet, June 26 (Maxim News): Minister for Finance T Harish Rao has demanded the Centre to issue a notification for the recruitment of 15 lakh vacant posts.

Harish Rao on Sunday took part in the annual festival celebrations of Sri Peddamma Talli temple located on Sircilla road in Siddipet town and offered special prayers to the presiding deity.

Later, Harish Rao distributed study material to the youths preparing for competitive examinations at the BC Study Circle in the town. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of failing miserably creating jobs to the youth and said that Modi had done nothing for the welfare of youth during his tenure.

Harish Rao said over 15 lakh jobs lying vacant in various departments of the central government and Narendra Modi didn’t issue a single notification for the recruitment of vacant posts during the last three years.

Citing that the State government has taken up a recruitment drive for filling up about 95,000 jobs, the Minister advised the youth to focus on the competitive examinations and to try to get the job. (Maxim News)
