HC adjourns Raja Singh’s PD Act Petition hearing to Monday
Hyderabad, Oct.28 (NSS): The Telangana High Court today adjourned the hearing of the case of BJP MLA T. Raja Singh’s PD Act cancellation petition till Monday next week.
The petition was filed by the wife of the controversial MLA of the saffron party urging the HC to quash the PD Act proceedings issued by the city police commissioner CV Anand against her husband . The HC said that it would hear the case at 2.30 pm on Monday afternoon.
On the other hand, advisory board to review the PD Act case had rejected the petition of the wife of Raja Singh and upheld the orders of the city police commissioner in the issue. (NSS)
