HC Serious On Boy Died In Dog Bite: Issues Notice To Chief Secretary

Hyderabad, Feb 23 (Maxim News): The High Court of Telangana reacted strongly to the recent incident of a boy who died in a dog attack in Amberpet, Hyderabad.

The Court has taken the case on sumoto and started an investigation. The High Court commented that it was inhumane for the four-year-old boy to be brutally attacked by dogs. she said that the death of the boy was very sad. The High Court was very angry that what the GHMC was actually doing. The baby boy died because of your negligence. The High Court asked the GHMC what measures are being taken to prevent such incidents from happening again. Later, the High Court issued notices to Telangana Chief Secretary, GHMC, Hyderabad Collector, Telangana legal Cell Authority, and Municipal officer Amberpet.

The High court has ordered to file a counter with full details that it will consider the issues of payment of compensation for the death of the boy. The High Court adjourned the further hearing to March 16. (Maxim News)
