Hearing On Kavith’s Interim Bail Petition Adjourned To April 4
Delhi/Hyderabad, April 1 (Maxim News): The hearing on the interim bail petition of BRS MLC Kavitha, who was arrested in the Delhi Liquor Scam case has been postponed to April 4.

On March 26, she filed a petition in the Rouse Avenue Court to grant bail till the 16th of this month given her son’s examinations. The court issued notice to ED to reply to Kavitha’s petition and adjourned the hearing. It is known that Kavitha was arrested by ED at her residence in Hyderabad on the 15th of last month and produced in Rouse Avenue court the next day.
Earlier, the ED asked for 10 days of custody, and the Court granted permission for seven days. After that, they asked to be kept in custody for another five days but allowed it for three days. As the ED custody ended on March 26, the investigation agency officials produced her in court on the same day. After that Kavitha was sent to Tihar Jail for 14 days judicial remand. (Maxim News)
