High Court Key Orders On KTR Quash Petition
Hyderabad, Dec 27 (Maxim News): The hearing on the quash petition of former minister and BRS working president K.Tarak Rama Rao in the Formula E-Car racing case has been postponed in the Telangana High Court. The High Court has ordered not to arrest KTR until Dec. 31.

The hearing has been postponed to December 31. Meanwhile, it is known that the High Court has already given a non-arrest order to KTR till December 30 in the Formula E-Race case. In the previous hearing, the High Court had ordered not to take any action against KTR or to arrest him. Today, when the Formula E-Race case came up for hearing in the High Court, ACB officials filed a counter. The ACB has also filed another petition. A petition has been filed to lift the non-arrest order against KTR.
The court ordered KTR and the state government to file a counter to this petition. The next hearing was adjourned until December 31. The High Court bench extended the not-to-arrest order, which was till December 30, by another day. On the 31st of this month, the High Court will conduct a full hearing on the not-to-arrest order as well as the counter-filed regarding Formula E-racing. (Maxim News)
