It is noteworthy that today (October 16, 2024) is the deadline for these IAS to report in AP, according to the CAT verdict.

These IAS have approached the High Court to stay the order issued by CAT that they have to report in AP. During the hearing of this lunch motion petition, the High Court made some important comments.
