Huge Relief For CM Revanth In High Court: Case Registered Gachibowli PS Dismissed
Hyderabad, July 17 (Maxim News): Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy received major relief from the High Court, which quashed a case registered against him at the Gachibowli Police Station.
The case dates back to 2016, when a man named Peddiraju filed a complaint alleging that Revanth Reddy and his brother Kondal Reddy tried to encroach on society land. Based on the complaint, a case was registered at the Gachibowli Police Station.
Revanth Reddy later approached the Telangana High Court in 2020 seeking dismissal of the case. After hearing arguments from both sides, the court had reserved its judgment on June 20, 2025.
On Thursday, July 17, 2025, the High Court announced its verdict and dismissed the case due to lack of proper evidence to support the allegations made by the complainant. (Maxim News)
