Hyderabad Fire: Governor Expresses Shock, Demands Probe

Hyderabad, November 13 (Hydnow): Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan has expressed profound sorrow and dismay over the devastating fire at a chemical godown in Bazar Ghat, Hyderabad, which claimed nine lives and caused severe injuries.

She has extended her deepest condolences to the families of the deceased workers and directed the Chief Secretary to the Government to take immediate measures to provide comprehensive medical assistance to the injured.

Dr. Soundararajan has also ordered a thorough investigation into the incident, demanding a comprehensive report within the next two days. The report is expected to cover the circumstances leading to the fire, the effectiveness of response mechanisms, and suggested corrective measures.
