Hyderabad, June 29 (Maxim News): Newly Appointed Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President Revanth Reddy said that the Hyderabad is the heart of Telangana state. He said that there would be development in the state only if the city was kept clean. He alleged that all kinds of taxes were increased in the corporation limits. He also alleged that the rulers of the corporation had kept their promise to take up Rs. 800 crore worth flood prevention works . He said that tanks and storm water drains were encroached upon in the city.
He demanded the corporation authorities to put up CCTV cameras at all important points of the city to prevent the encroachment of the nalas and tanks while alleging that the cameras are not being put up to benefit some people in the government. He alleged that Musi river revitalization works on the namesake basis. Reddy said that he would soon visit all catchments areas of Musi river. (Maxim News)
