Hyderabad Literary Festival 2026 Names HRS As NGO Partner
- Hyderabad Literary Festival 2026 partners with Hyderabad Runners Society
- Hyderabad Runners Society to host pre event Treasure Hunt
The Hyderabad Literary Festival 2026 has announced the Hyderabad Runners Society as its official NGO Partner for the 16th edition of the festival. The organisers confirmed the partnership ahead of the three day event, which will take place from January 24 to January 26, 2026. The festival will be held at Sattva Knowledge City in HITEC City and is expected to draw wide participation from the city’s cultural and literary circles.
As part of this collaboration, the Hyderabad Runners Society will organise a special pre event activity to build momentum for the festival. The group will host a Walk or Jog Treasure Hunt on Sunday, January 11, 2026. The event aims to promote active participation, community engagement, and mindful movement in the days leading up to the Hyderabad Literary Festival 2026. Therefore, the partnership links physical activity with cultural celebration.
The Treasure Hunt is titled “Treasure Hunt 2026 – Walk | Observe | Decide | Discover.” According to the announcement, the event will offer a fun filled urban experience that combines walking with thinking, teamwork, and discovery. Participants will follow a carefully planned route that includes five clue points. The organisers will reveal the first clue at the start point. Teams will then observe their surroundings, analyse each clue, and make decisions as they progress through the course.
Meanwhile, the organisers have designed the Treasure Hunt to encourage inclusivity and teamwork. Each team will have four members. At least one woman and one child must be part of every team. This structure makes the event suitable for families and community groups. The organisers said the format supports shared participation and collective problem solving.
The Treasure Hunt will take place at Prasad IMAX Parking. Participants must report by 6:00 am on January 11, 2026, to allow time for briefing and a smooth start. Later, the organisers expect the event to attract families, runners, and festival visitors alike. This initiative brings together literature, fitness, and mindful living, and it sets the tone for an inclusive and engaging Hyderabad Literary Festival 2026.
