Hyderabad Murder Case | Hyderabad, Feb. 3: A woman was brutally murdered inside her house in the Dundigal area of Hyderabad, triggering panic among local residents and prompting a detailed police investigation.

The victim, identified as Sushilamma, was alone at home when unidentified assailants attacked and killed her before fleeing the scene.

Family members found her body lying on a sofa and immediately alerted the police.

Police who reached the spot found severe injuries on the body, indicating a violent assault. Subsequently, dog squad teams and forensic experts collected key evidence from the house.

Meanwhile, investigators are probing whether the murder was linked to robbery or carried out by someone known to the victim for cash or jewellery.

As part of the investigation, police have identified two suspects.

CCTV footage from the area showed two unidentified individuals moving near the crime scene around the time of the murder.

The visuals revealed a young man and another person appearing nervous. Notably, they were seen leaving the area on foot, without using a bike or any other vehicle.

Police said further analysis of CCTV footage and technical evidence is underway to trace the suspects and establish the motive behind the murder.
